The moment your booking is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique link. Simply click the link and enter the exact email address used for your booking. Your account will instantly appear. No passwords, no hassle. We’ve streamlined the process to make access effortless, so you can focus on enjoying your experience!Account Purpose
Your account has 2 purposes:
- Only you can cancel your appointments via your account.
- You can read more details and information from your appointments to avoid misunderstandings.
Responsibility
We are not liable for incorrect bookings, in this case you will have to come for your appointment or you can cancel it on time via your account or you will simply pay for it.Cancellation Time
Cancellation of a booking can only be canceled up to an hour before your appointment, unfortunately not after that. In this case you will simply pay for this appointment.Cancellation

We do not make appointments via Phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.Booking Options
We have 3 booking options :
- you can book 24/7 online for free via www.timelessbarbershop.sr (100% guarantee)
- you can send our assistant to book between 10am and 7pm, you will pay 50 SRD per appointment for this (100% guarantee)
- you can walk in and peek if there are open spaces (not guaranteed)
Late?
If you arrive late, we will check if the barber is still available to help you. If that is not the case, you can make another arrangement via the website.Invalid Email?If your email address is entered incorrectly during booking, your appointment will be annulled.
Mail Notifications
- PENDING MAIL: your booking is still pending.
- APPROVED EMAIL: your booking has been approved.
- REJECTED MAIL: your booking has been cancelled.
- NO SHOW EMAIL: you will be notified that you had not been present for your appointment and that you will have to pay for that appointment.
